Getting Started

Before installing your LongView extender system, refer to the lists below to ensure that you have

all the items that shipped with the LongView extender as well as all other items necessary for

proper installation.

Supplied with the LongView and LongView Companion extenders

• LongView transmitter or LongView Companion transmitter

• Avocent CIFCA cable

• LongView receiver

• Two LongView extender power supplies

• LongView Installer/User Guide

• Audio cables

Needed for installation

One CAT 5 cable with four UTP cables (sold separately)
