Appendix A:
Customer/
Technical
Support
Our Customer Support staff is ready to assist you
if you have any installation or hardware problems
with your Cybex product. If a problem should
develop, please follow the steps listed below for
the fastest possible service:
1. Check the Troubleshooting Section of this
manual to see if the problem can be resolved by
following the procedures outlined.
2. If you are unable to resolve the problem,
recreate the problem when possible. Fill out
the Customer Problem Report in Appendix A.
3. Call Cybex Customer Support. Have your
Customer Problem Report with you when you
call, or fax it to Technical Support. To expedite
the assistance, have a copy of this manual with
you when you call, along with a copy of the
invoice giving the date purchased, serial
numbers and other identifying data.
